• Please use our online store to place your order 24/7.  This method saves countless miscommunications and keeps the cost of our products down.  It is just too expensive to maintain a 24 hour call center.
• If you choose not to use our online store, you can send a personal check, cashier's check or money order (payable to Simply Rugged).  Include with your payment all order details.
• Shipping/Handling charge is $11/order.  We ONLY ship via US POSTAL SERVICE – PRIORITY MAIL, to anywhere in USA (including AK and HI). Shipping is FREE on orders over $200, when order is placed in entirety (except International orders).  For International orders, e-mail for quote.
• You have approximately 24 hours to make any changes or additions to your order.  After that time, you will need to place another order through the online store.  We do not store your credit card information and do not have the ability to add additional charges.
