If you do not want to use our online store to order, you can send a personal check, cashier's check or money order (payable to Simply Rugged).  Include with your payment all order details (contact info and specifics of your order).  Shipping/Handling charge is $10/order.  We ONLY ship via US POSTAL SERVICE – PRIORITY MAIL, to anywhere in USA (including AK and HI). For International orders, e-mail for quote. Shipping is FREE on orders over $200, when order is placed in entirety.
